End of July

On Wednesday night I went to Paleo. This year I am taking advantage of my free time and no exams to have as much fun as possible. Although half of the evening I spent alone I had a great night especially because of MIKA (he was the first reason I went there). His song "Relax..." is one of my favorites, it reminds me of my best friend Kat and how we drove the car last summer while listening to it. And the song "happy ending" is just probably the most honest song in ages. Remember when I first heard it, a year ago, it made me tremble. Amazing concert although too few people actually knew the words... shame.
These days I'm stressed. I am leaving on monday morning and now that me and Sophie have planned the route I still have to find a backpack and a knee fixator. And buy food. Tomorrow, the official shopping day in Switzerland, I will be in Zermatt. Everything has to be done today. And then, on Sunday, relaxing and packing. It's amazing how much stuff you just NEED to take in order to be safe. Hope the weather will let us do Haute Cime. I found the description of this trail to be "physically killing", that's the motivation. :) Tuesday will be a day to survive. At least we won't mind people snoring around in the night.

I know some people mind that it's just us, girls. But the first day Joan will probably come with us. And then... well, Sophie will be pushing me (she always does:)) so we could do that. And if I'm not back on Wednesday evening... well, try calling 1414. See ya.
